Do I need experience?
Not at all. SASI Sauna & Cold Plunge is designed to be welcoming for everyone, whether it is your first sauna experience or part of your regular wellness routine. Your sauna host will be there to guide you through the experience and help you feel comfortable throughout your session.
How cold is the plunge?
Our cold plunge pools are kept at ambient outdoor temperature, which means they naturally change with the seasons. Depending on the time of year, temperatures may range anywhere from around 3°C to 23°C. A temperature display will always be visible beside the plunge baths so you know what to expect before entering.
What should I bring?
Please bring:
- Two towels one to sit on in the sauna and one to dry off
- Swimwear / bathers
- Drinking water
- Comfortable clothing for before and after your session
Is it private or social?
Both options will be available.
You will be able to book:
- Private sessions for you and your friends (up to 6 people)
- Communal sessions where you can enjoy the experience alongside others in a relaxed and welcoming environment
SASI is designed to support both quiet personal recovery and community connection.
How long are the sessions?
Sessions will last one hour, giving you plenty of time to enjoy the sauna and cold plunge experience at your own pace. You are free to move between heat, cold and relaxation areas throughout your session.
